Liverpool Mutual in Work is our partnership with Liverpool City Council which offers people in our homes and neighbourhoods a wide range of support services to get them into work.

HMS’ partnership with Cheshire West & Chester Council focuses on major and minor home adaptations for older and vulnerable people. All projects are managed through the Home Assistance Hub, an LMH Group service. The Home Assistance Hub also offers a offering a handyperson service and advice, information and signposting to other services.

Liverpool Housing Partnership is an agreement between Liverpool City Council, LMH, Redrow Homes and Willmott Dixon to build 1,500 new homes and bring up to 1,000 back into use as part of a £205 million investment over the next five years.

JV North is a not-for-profit consortium of housing organisations, which works closely with the HCA, Local Authorities, Local Enterprise Partnerships, Investors and other partners to utilise land for the provision of sustainable, affordable housing.

Raise is a specialist welfare benefits and debt advice team, which offers LMH customers support and practical help in claiming benefits, dealing with debt and assistance with money management.
